While sitting here, I have created a Self-Love Morning Routine for you.
A step by step guide to the Perfect Morning
This is my own Personal Routine that I used and use as one of my steps to beat my Depression.
One of the biggest tips I can give you is, Consistency is key.
Self-Love Morning Routine
This may sound a little blunt, but if you do it for a day then skip it for a week… guess what?
So consistency is the most important factor in recovery.
So relax, grab a nice hot drink and enjoy!
1. Rise early
2. Let in the daylight and fresh air
3. Resist the urge to check your phone
4. Burn some incense
5. Meditate & reconnect with yourself
6. Rehydrate with lemon infused water
7. Take your beatific happy planner to write your day positive affirmation
8. Stretch & practice some yoga
9. Enjoy a bowl of fresh fruit
10. Cook yourself a fulfilling breakfast
11. Reinvigorate your skin with a cleansing routine
12. Give thanks, be patient and have a lovely day
Challenge yourself to try this for a few days.
